Adyton by Archon Labs

Effective June 14, 2026

Terms of Service

These terms govern access to Adyton, the secure workspace and compliance operations platform by Archon Labs.

1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply when you access or use Adyton. If your organization has a separate written agreement, order form, data processing addendum, or security addendum with Archon Labs, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.

2. Authorized Use

Adyton is intended for authorized business users only. You must use the platform in accordance with your organization's policies, applicable law, and the access role assigned to you. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, view another client's data, disrupt service operations, reverse engineer the platform, or use Adyton for unlawful activity.

3. Accounts And Credentials

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, completing required authentication steps, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Archon Labs may suspend access when needed to protect the platform, customer environments, audit integrity, or other users.

4. Customer Data And Workspace Services

Customer data remains owned by the applicable customer or its authorized controller. Adyton may process account, workspace, evidence, provider-status, support, and audit data to provide the service, enforce access controls, operate workspace services, troubleshoot issues, and maintain security records.

5. Audit, Evidence, And Compliance Support

Adyton is designed to support operational evidence, traceability, and controlled access workflows. Unless stated in a separate written agreement, use of Adyton does not itself certify, guarantee, or establish compliance with CMMC, NIST, SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP, or any other framework.

6. Third-Party And Deployed Services

Adyton may orchestrate or link to deployed services such as browser workspaces, file exchange systems, identity providers, infrastructure services, and observability tools. Those services may be governed by separate customer agreements, provider terms, and administrator-configured policies.

7. Service Changes

Archon Labs may improve, modify, or discontinue platform features. Material changes that affect customer commitments, security posture, or data practices should be handled through the applicable customer agreement, notice process, or administrator communication.

8. Disclaimers And Liability

Adyton is provided as described in the applicable agreement and documentation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archon Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages except where a separate written agreement says otherwise.
